Apply for Services

Apply for your water, sewer, garbage and secondary water services by following these 2 steps:

  1. Download and complete the Utilities Application Form (PDF).
  2. Bring the completed Application Form to the office along with the following:
    • Proof of Ownership
    • Deposit of $70 (Deposit is applied to applicant’s utility bill if consumer maintains a record of a no past due account for a consecutive 24-month period of time.)
    • Customer initialization fee of $20 (non-refundable)
    • Driver License

Residential Utility Rates

Culinary Water

  • Rates will adjust every 2,000 gallons. After 10,000 gallons used, the tiers will adjust every 1,000 gallons.  After 20,000 gallons, the tiers will adjust by $5 per 1,000 gallons.

  • $25 fee for delivery and pick-up
