Community Rental Room Specifications
The room is available from 8:00am - 10:00pm, Monday -Sunday. There is a two (2) hour minimum rental time. The room is closed on all State/Federal holidays.
Rentals are on a first come first serve basis and must be done in person at least one (1) week prior to the date you would like to reserve.
Full amount must be paid at the time of reservation. We cannot hold dates without full payment.
Rates: Clinton City Resident Fee - $40/hr Non -Resident Fee - $55/hr
* Plus a $250 deposit that must be paid by credit/debit card at the time of key pick up. If the contract rules are broken, cleaning list not completed, key not returned, or anything is damaged, the renter forfeits their security deposit.
Key will get you into the room and needs to be picked up at least one (1) business day prior to your event.
A courtesy half hour will be added to both the beginning and ending time of your event to account for set up/clean up time.
Community room size: 25' W 60 ' L
Tables and Chairs included (Seats up to 120 people), Full Service Kitchen (Refrigerator/Freezer, stove/oven, ice machine, microwave, serving area, etc...)
