Planning Counter Technician
Clinton City is currently accepting applications for a Part-time Planning Counter Technician with the Community Development Dept. This position performs as a receptionist and Counter Clerk related to business licenses, building permits, zoning and development information. Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate with one (1) year general secretarial experience. MUST have computer skills related to database processing, word processing, spreadsheets and other office management programs. MUST be able to type 45 wpm net. MUST pass pre-employment drug tests/background check. EXPERIENCE in land title work, real estate, or building trades helpful. Office hours are M-F 8 to 5, with part-time work during these hours.
