Building Inspector I or II: Clinton City, UT (pop. 23,400) is seeking the immediate filling of this position. Full-time, excellent City paid medical and benefits. Starting pay for Inspector I = $18.42 to $20.74/hr (salary range of $38K to $55K); for Inspector II = $21.31 to $24.00/hr (salary range of $44K to $64K), DOE & certifications. Responsible for building inspections, special projects and assigned activities. Requires: H.S. diploma or GED, and for Inspector I: an equivalent of at least 2 years full-time work in residential building inspections or related work experience; must possess (or be able to attain) ICC Residential Combination License; or for Inspector II: an equivalent of at least 4 years full-time work in building inspections or related work experience; must currently possess the ICC Combination Residential/Commercial License.
