Applicants must have an excess of ten years’ experience in designing and implementing municipal related construction projects, i.e. water and sewer systems, street improvements including curb, gutter, and sidewalks, as well as a variety of other construction related projects which require state licensed professional engineering services.

Proposals will be received at the Public Works Department at 1711 West 1740 North, Clinton, Utah 84015 until 3:00 pm on February 27, 2025.
From time to time, projects will be funded in whole or in part by the Department of Housing and Community Development or other federal agencies. The successful awardee will be responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements.
